  How Can a Woman Add Muscle and Not End Up Looking Like a Man?

         Most women "choose" to not go to a gym where macho males strut and dominate  hence the upsurge in "Ladies-Only" fitness clubs.  Sadly though, most of those facilities do not understand the importance of "muscle" to a woman’s body and instead, focus predominantly on "weight-loss".

          They generally ignore the health-value of added, lean muscle.

          For woman or man, the quality of muscle contributes to a person's good health.

          It’s critically important to understand that "muscle" on a woman need not be bulky
and striated, taking away the smoothness of a woman’s curves.  And it’s just as important
to stress that toned muscle removes excess body-fat and keeps it off effortlessly.

          Muscle-quality really is more important than quantity!

         When lean muscle is added to the body, extra fat simply disappears.  Imagine, if you only gained  5 pounds of quality muscle that helped you lose 15 pounds of excess fat effortlessy and made your body stronger with a smooth, toned and healthy appearance, wouldn't that be good?  And what if that same 5 pounds of muscle helped you lose 20 or 30 pounds of excess fat and kept it off?

          But where’s the time and the money for a gym membership?

          I know, life can become overwhelming and lately the world news is certainly no morale booster. These are stressful times.  You might have a full-time job, a hefty mortgage, two car loans and a couple of kids heading for college, but apart from a healthier, more toned appearance, consider the following health-benefits of improving muscle-quality:

          lower body-fat % and increased lean mass;

          increased HDL ('good' cholesterol);

          increased fat-burning capability;

          improved cardiac function;

          lower blood pressure;

          greater bone density, stronger tendons and ligaments;

          increased healthy hormone levels (including HGH);

          better energy, libido and self-esteem;

          What woman (or man) wouldn’t want those benefits?

         O.K. great, but how much "time" is necessary to achieve them?

          How about less than ten minutes a week plus the normal cardio activities
you’d probably do anyway? (walking)

          It boils down to a couple of minutes a day, once or twice a week.  Could you
make that time?

Isn't ten minutes a week worth all of those benefits?

When was the last time you felt powerful and had a triumphant sense of achievement?

          If you moved or lifted something really heavy – not something that requires
minimum exertion, something big and heavy – you’d feel a sense of power and
accomplishment, wouldn’t you?

         Well, why should only men get to feel that way?

       Any woman can have that feeling within 10 minutes of starting this innovative exercise program developed by Pete Cisco, an exercise specialist I know.  Pete has spent more than fifteen years studying ways to get stronger and leaner in the shortest possible time - ways that a woman would enjoy and get to see results almost immediately!

         Just as importantly, the techniques that Pete has developed are safe and simple.
