Do you feel the need to accelerate fat loss?  Try "Walking while Fasting" . . . .


          After a night of sound sleep without food, your system is operating comfortably on stored body-fat.  If, immediately after your first bathroom call, you drink a large glass of room-temperature water then, on level terrain, you walk just vigorously enough that your breathing rate increases (without becoming breathless), your system will scavenge for stored body-fat to use as fuel.  Maintain the pace only for another 5 to 10 minutes.  Performing such moderate-intensity activity before breaking your overnight fast increases the rate of body-fat usage by more than 25% throughout the day!  

Can you dedicate just 15 minutes to achieve a lower body-fat percentage and better health?

Remember though, if you place too high a demand on your body (breathlessness or hills) it will switch to glucose for fuel and its only source will be from your existing muscles. That’s of no benefit whatsoever!
 
            At the end of your walking session drink another glass of water and immediately commence fruit-grazing for the next hour or so.  Aim to consume three different types of fruit twenty minutes apart, before eating anything else.
