Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
It’s generally assumed that a food allergy causes an immediate and drastic reaction such as occurs when somebody suffocates from anaphylactic shock after eating shellfish or breaks out in a full-body rash on the smell of a peanut. In fact though, food allergies can be as insidious as the health problems caused by air pollution, taking a life-time of exposure for the detrimental effects to surface. It may take years of over-exposure to certain foods before the problematic effects of an allergy become observable and, because that food has never seemed to have caused a reaction in the past it’s the last thing suspected let alone implicated. Research is tending to conclude that the “modern diseases” (such as allergies, cancer etc ) is the human immune-system’s response to something out of the ordinary attacking the body from within and against which our immune-system doesn’t have adequate defenses, is fighting a losing battle and the “disease” is the last-ditch effort to beat the invader. In this modern world there are very few things each individual can control. The one thing you can control is your personal or your family’s health through what you eat. People have told me they’d pay anything if they could discover the way to better health and how to feel good without drugs. One gentleman offered me his life’s savings! Within this information-packed, 85 page eManual on health and wellness, you're sure to discover the cause of your discomfort and the simple process involved to attain or regain good health and an improved sense of well-being.
Within a year, my back started aching. I’d wake up in the morning with a sore back, suffer with the pain all day long and go to bed and toss and turn trying to find a “position” that gave any form of relief. The discomfort I’d experienced for years due to the chronic irritable bowel problems of alternating constipation and diarrhea and the painfully distended stomach seemed nothing compared with my knee and back pain. After being sent on the circuit of medical specialists it was determined that my knee problem was chondromalacia patella and the only “cure” would be to operate on it but with little hope of any real improvement. The back problem remained “undiagnosed” but exploratory surgery was recommended. When I asked the doctor what that meant his assurance of “about a 40% chance of repairing whatever was wrong but a 60% chance of ending up a hunchback” deterred me from either operation. At the time of my discharge from the military I’d developed chronic pink-eye and an angry rash on my chest. After a barrage of tests the “specialist” concluded “it’s probably some unidentified tropical parasite. I’ll give you an antibiotic to take for a few days and some ointment to rub on it. Just use over-the-counter Visine for your eyes.” As I reminisced on my past I recalled having had my appendix removed at age fifteen after which the surgeon informed my parents that the appendix was perfectly healthy but the cecum in the area was blocked and a laxative would have done the trick but they were “in” and decided to take the appendix anyway. Great! That memory triggered yet another ‒ the year before the appendix fiasco I had broken one of my big toes which healed a little crooked. But, years later, after my discharge from the army the toe started giving me pain I was diagnosed with gout and told by the doctor “just avoid strawberries, tomatoes and red meat, and you’ll be fine. Oh, and you’re probably lactose intolerant so don’t drink any milk either.” I started working on my simple addition: a knee problem, severe back pain, reflux, blocked cecum, sore throats, colds, lactose intolerance, gout, rash, pink-eye and now diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. What more could I hope for? Was I imagining all these things? Were they connected in any way? What was happening? Nothing added up and the "conventional" medicos didn't seem to have any answers. So, I started the rounds of the quacks, health-food stores and chiropractors. When my left shoulder started to seize up micro-surgery was necessary to remove the calcification from the joint. For a few years chiropractic helped a lot with the back pain, however when my chiropractor could no longer manipulate my spine he asked for an Both he and my medical doctor agreed that my spine and other joints were calcifying at such a rate that within a few years I’d be a living statue, unable to move out of the easy chair in front of the television they wished to consign me to. They agreed that I’d probably had AS since I was a child. Why was all this happening to me? Apart from the major physical problems I seemed to always have had indigestion, inflamed eyes, a sore throat and a runny nose. Every few months I’d suffer a cold that seemed to run on endlessly and every time I suffered with the IBS and the cold I was sure that if I didn’t die from this episode my body must be kicking all the offending demons out and at last I’d be cured. Fat chance! And then the “indigestion” turned out to be reflux . . . . While sitting around brooding I started studying. Anything to do with natural healing: health, diet, exercise, and old wives tales of chicken soup and potato poultices. One morning while “contemplating” I recalled that when I was eight years of age I’d been stung by a blue-bottle jelly fish while swimming in the ocean and suffered the intense burning up my arm for months after the attack. About two years after the blue-bottle event, I was stung on the lip by a wasp during a family visit to my uncle’s peach orchard. I was hospitalized with anaphylactic shock from that episode. Well, after all the study and research I’d done I opened my own health-food store with attached fitness center and became a very successful “quack”. I helped a lot of people using natural therapies but still nothing really worked for me until one day I had a client who told me she had just been diagnosed with celiac disease. I had never given much thought to that one until she listed her symptoms. I related that to my own lactose intolerance, the irritable bowel syndrome, the inflamed joints and “voila!” things really started to click. Intolerance or allergy to certain foods seemed to be the source of the problems! And so I started an elimination diet, just to “see”. Now, after more than half a century of senseless suffering, I can share with you the solution I’ve discovered in how to:
